Gym Receptionist Cum Cashier (Port Klang)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Gym Cashier to be the face of our fitness centre. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet members and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Process payments for memberships and products
• Handle cash, credit / debit transactions using POS system
• Assist with new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
• Monitor check-ins and verify member access
• Answer phone calls, emails, and member inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including basic cleaning duties in the gym area (e.g., wiping equipment, tidying common spaces)
• Handle basic customer service issues or escalate as needed
