We are looking for a driven Performance Marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, analytical, and eager to grow into a senior performance marketer role. You’ll be at the heart of scaling our paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across : Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads , Twitter / X Ads , Google SEM / PPC (Youtube / Search), and Media Buy Networks (placements on dating / review / news sites, and other niche verticals)
- Continuously track, measure, and analyse campaign performance to ensure cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
- Identify trends and insights to drive better acquisition strategies.
- Run structured A / B tests, explore new ad formats, and experiment with emerging channels.
- Work closely with the creative / content team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that convert.
- Report results and provide actionable recommendations directly to the marketing lead.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or PPC (agency or in-house).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (must-have), and Adspower .Experience with at least 1 additional channel (TikTok Ads, Google SEM, or media buys).Results-oriented with proven ability to optimise campaigns for conversions and lower costs.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, etc.).Curiosity and willingness to explore new acquisition verticals and creative testing.Self-drivenWhat We Offer
