Senior Production Executive

Job Title : Senior Production Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Production Manager to manage all aspects of material flow and inventory control within our Port Klang facility. The successful candidate will oversee production schedules, warehouse operations, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Report directly to the Factory Manager.
• Assist in all production and storage-related activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory control and production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company policies related to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Supervise and assess the performance of production operators.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to production staff.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
• Promote awareness of the company’s Quality Policy, Objectives, and Risk Controls.
• Perform other general duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems is required; ability to operate a forklift is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Capable of working independently with a positive work attitude.
• Chinese speaking is required.

Salary : RM 4,500 – RM 6,500 + Annual Bonus
