Responsibilities

What you’ll do :

• Every day offers new mediums, messages, and opportunities to craft brilliant creative work, so your role is dynamic and varied.
• Lead the development of innovative visual solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives, including large web projects, online advertising, and digital marketing.
• Manage and mentor team members—collaborating with the Creative Director to evaluate and inspire copywriters and associates to produce their best work.
• Leverage resources effectively to keep projects on track and aligned with briefs.
• Understand your audiences deeply to communicate with them in compelling, engaging ways.
