Job Responsibilities

• In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Specifications and Contracts
• Prepare tender submission, taking off quantity, handle progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Final account preparation.
• To manage and supervise project contracts, in terms of preparing monthly costing including claim, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters.
• To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.
