About the Client : A well-established engineering group is expanding into the Agricultural Solutions sector , launching a new division dedicated to plantation tools and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to pioneer growth, expand distribution networks, and build market presence across Malaysia with future expansion into Indonesia and Thailand .

Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you will :

• Promote and sell agricultural tools (including harvesting sickles) , achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plantation clients, distributors, and farmers, ensuring after-sales support and tailored solutions.
• Develop new distribution channels, particularly in rural and plantation areas.
• Lead product promotions, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
