- Greet guests promptly and politely, assist with seating, present menus, and make recommendations if needed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner with proper presentation.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or requests promptly.
- Clear and reset tables between guests. Replenish condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times.
- Assist with setting up and closing down dining including service stations.
- Participate in opening and closing duties such as inventory checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Report customer complaints, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the manager.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to food handling, hygiene and safety practice.
- Such other instructions related to the Restaurant’s operations as set by the Employer from time to time.
