Building Manager
Allied Group Property Service Sdn. Bhd. is a property management company located in Malaysia, specifically in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. We specialize in managing super condominiums, condominiums, apartments, and business buildings across the regions.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Building Manager located in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the condominium properties, interacting with tenants, handling maintenance issues, and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the estate, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Ensure the building and its facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring quality performance and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to promote long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources.
- Review and verify vendor invoices, maintenance costs, and operational expenditures.
- Support in billing, collection, and tracking of maintenance fees, rental payments, and other receivables.
Marketing & Event Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote the estate and increase foot traffic.Identify and engage potential merchants, vendors, and event organizers to host activities or events at the estate.Coordinate marketing activities, community events, and promotional campaigns to enhance the estate’s visibility and branding.Maintain partnerships with local businesses, media, and community organizations to boost engagement.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Prepare monthly management reports, highlighting operations, marketing initiatives, and key performance indicators.Qualifications
