KELAYAKKAN YANG DIPERLUKAN

Minimum SPM atau yang setaraf
Calon perlu berumur tahun
Pengalaman dalam bidang jualan atau bidang promosi adalah satu kelebihan
Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan
Bersedia untuk bekerja lebih masa jika diperlukan
Boleh bekerja hujung minggu dan cuti umum
Mampu berinteraksi dengan pelbagai jenis orang
Berpenampilan kemas dan menarik
Tidak buta warna
Mempunyai keyakinan yang tinggi semasa berinteraksi dengan pelanggan
Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang teknik menjual
Boleh menjual secara 'live' melalui platform media sosial

TUGAS UTAMA DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB

Menerima dan menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra

Membantu pelanggan mencari pakaian yang mereka perlukan

Memberikan maklumat yang tepat mengenai produk, seperti harga, warna, saiz dan lain-lain

Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dengan profesional

Sentiasa memastikan kedai sentiasa bersih dan teratur

Menyampaikan maklum balas pelanggan kepada pihak pengurusan untuk penambahbaikan

Bekerjasama dengan pasukan jualan dan pemasaran untuk mencapai matlamat jualan
