Job description~2 years of working experience in semiconductors field (computer) Knowledge in x86, CPU architecture and software applications Knowledge of semiconductors test and measurement equipment Bachelor, major in EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related area. Responsibilities
- Executing power characterization plans for power management features
- Setting up systems and power measurement equipment for automated test framework.
- Automate test cases and maintain test scripts for efficiency.
- Support root-cause analysis for abnormal power / performance behaviors and document test methodologies
- Perform regression testing on power / performance KPIs and report results
