Program Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming sales leads and potential customers via email or meetings.
- Understand customer needs, technical requirements, and application challenges.
- Recommend appropriate products or customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are feasible and aligned with internal capabilities.
- Prepare and present product proposals, technical specifications, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and project developments to support progression toward mass production or long-term collaboration.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and supporting initial trial or sampling phases.
