Job descriptionYou will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute The Client campaigns for the biggest global and local titles as well as various smaller earned and owned titles. You will coordinate and work with external creative and media agencies as well as internal local and global stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns. At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns. Knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV trailers, digital, social, print, and out-of-home). Creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends. Proactive and highly organized collaborator in a fast-paced multifaceted environment with multiple campaigns launching at once and multiple stakeholders. Written and verbal fluency in English and Korean (TOPIK L5 / L6). Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment with strong judgment and leadership in the face of ambiguity. Curious mind that helps establish innovative ways of optimizing workflows. Native understanding of Korea markets with the ability to tell compelling stories for the market through budget-agnostic ideas. Deep knowledge of pop culture and entertainment, capable of extracting powerful communication insights from original content. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without a large team, working independently and with a wide range of stakeholders. Clear communication that keeps teams accountable beyond relaying information from point A to point B. Self-motivation in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Willingness to give and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues.
