QC Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in internal and external audit and mock recalls.
• Checking on production staff's personal hygiene.
• Verify chiller and cold room temperature record, humidity temperature record, daily cleaning and sanitation record to ensure all running in good condition.
• To conduct finished product inspection (weight), scale calibration and adjustment when necessary.
• Conduct calibration for timer, thermometer, fryer (timer and temperature), etc on monthly / yearly basisC
• onduct pest control inspection and chemical concentration verification for sanitizer
• Conduct GMP checking and establish report.
• Perform monthly swab test and product microbe test.
• Responsible to count the wheat flour bag strings.
• Collect, label and sorting retention sample.
• Responsible to conduct cake shelf-life test.
