Job descriptionTue morning Fri afternoon Sat morning Sun afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary : RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month English, Malay & Chinese (Advantage) Hard working, Honest Able to work overtime, public holidays. Great customer service skills Responsible and committed in work, able to work independently as well as team oriented Previous working experience in similar industry is an added advantage. Proficient in Computer, Microsoft office. Greet all walk-in guests. Manage check-in & check-out using hotel software (Training will be provided). Guests liaison & attend to guests requests and complaints if any. Hotel related administrative work when necessary.
