Job description

( Civil Engineer (Structure)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for structural design, drawing review, and optimization;
Supervise and manage on-site structural works to ensure quality and safety;
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution;
Participate in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.

Fit-out Engineer

Responsibilities :

Manage interior fit-out and finishing works for construction projects;

Review construction drawings, coordinate design with execution, and solve technical issues on site;

Control construction progress, quality, safety, and cost;

Supervise material selection, delivery, and installation to meet project specifications;

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
