Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Procurement Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost‑effective and timely acquisition of goods and services for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost savings and improve operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyse market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
• Monitor and renew company tenancy agreements and vehicle leases
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations in all procurement activities
