Responsibilities
Acquire outstation agencies, recruitments and outstation sales.Provide assistance and support to agencies.Organize sales and recruitment events and marketing activities.Report compilation of agencies and monitoring sales.Provide training for agents & agencies and regular visitation to build good business relationships.Meeting planned sales goals.To provide tomb sales service to customer and agent (as need & pre need).Prepare and submit comprehensive documents to administrator.Provide superior updates and report daily workload.Site servicing together with clients.Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma.Minimum 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Prior experience in sales or related fields will be an added advantage.Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.Good communicator with good leadership and social skills, punctual and well disciplined in conduct, team player with good attitude, responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior & multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.Willing to work in Perak .Training will be provided for selected candidates.Housing allowance provided for eligible candidates to support daily or relocation costs.Application – Ready to grow your career in a meaningful industry?
