Executive - Integrity, Governance & Risk Management
Promote ethical behavior and corporate values across the organization.
Support the implementation and enforcement of the Code of Conduct and related policies.
Coordinate and deliver training on integrity, anti-bribery, fraud awareness, and whistleblowing.
Assist in the implementation of good governance practices in line with corporate and regulatory expectations.
Support the governance of policies, procedures, and decision-making frameworks.
Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks.
Maintain and update the organization’s risk register and risk appetite framework.
Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues where necessary.
