- Drive Sales Growth : Identify and close deals in smart home, AI, and ESG markets, contributing directly to revenue expansion.
- Build Strong Pipelines : Develop a robust network of property developers, tech partners, and sustainability-focused clients to fuel business growth.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships : Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in real estate, energy, and tech sectors to broaden Intlife's market reach.
- Showcase Innovative Solutions : Articulate the value of Intlife's cutting-edge technology to decision-makers, bringing our vision of smart living to life.
- Expand Market Presence : Explore new customer segments and regions, positioning Intlife as a leader in intelligent living solutions.
- Optimize Performance : Utilize data-driven approaches to track, analyze, and enhance business development efforts, ensuring we meet and exceed revenue goals.
Who they are looking for
Sales Expertise : You have a proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue, with experience in project sales of RM 200k+.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the real estate industry and market research is highly valued.Tech Enthusiasm : You're passionate about AI, IoT, and ESG-driven solutions, and eager to contribute to the future of smart living.Strategic Mindset : You excel at identifying opportunities and transforming them into tangible growth for the company.Relationship Builder : You have a talent for networking and connecting with decision-makers and industry leaders.Self-Driven Professional : You take initiative, think big, and make things happen with minimal supervision.Experience : At least 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally in tech, real estate, or energy solutions.Language Skills : Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
