- Sales administrative support to the sales team
- Handle email and call enquiry, generate freight service quotation
- Follow up on enquiry and sales quotation and manage client expectation with sales personnel
- Ensure all sales process and orders are handed over and briefed seamlessly to freight customer service.
- Liaise with other logistics partners to provide value added or customised freight service
- After sales support to clients
- To generate required reports for sales department
- Other related sales support tasks
Requirements :
