As a Business Development Executive you are the first impression of Authentic Advisory Systems .
You set the tone for every prospective client interaction, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and understood . Every conversation you have is an opportunity to build trust, qualify the right prospects, and create a seamless transition to the sales team.
Role
You will reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs, qualify them, and demonstrate how Authentic Advisory Systems can help them achieve their goals. You will also follow up with them periodically and ensure a high show‑up rate with the sales team.
This is more than just making calls or texting a lead; it’s about providing value and creating genuine conversations . This is a relational role, not transactional – we will empower and give you the tools and training to turn every prospective client interaction into a positive one! Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume engagement activities with potential clients through calls, texts and organic outreach
- Follow up & nurture leads from marketing funnels and website opt‑ins
- Qualify & diagnose prospects’ need to ensure a strong fit before booking a call
- Ensure calls that you generate are high quality and convert at a strong rate
- Confirm & follow up on scheduled calls to maximize show‑up rates
- Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to identify and connect with financial advisors
- Attend daily meetings & coaching sessions to level up your skills
- Track your numbers & report performance (daily projections, actual results, CRM updates)
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate outreach strategies
Results
Set 40 + qualified live meetings per monthEnsure a 25%+ closing ratio (1 out of 4 meetings results in a closed deal by the sales team)Maintain a 90%+ show‑up rate through proactive follow‑up and confirmationsUpdate all prospect data in the CRM daily — So that the sales team has proper expectationsAll qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitelyProactively engage with the sales leader for feedback, coaching, and continuous improvementAll internal communication cycles are properly followedRequirements

This is a hybrid role. It will be mostly remote working and occasional in‑person collaboration. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere while staying engaged with the team.
Salary
$30k Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionOn Target Earnings – $55k – $65k rangeDays & Hours
