Ready to take the first step together?QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 3 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software. - You are bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which are required to liaise with internal and external English / Mandarin speaking clients within the region. - You possess a creative mindset. You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns. - You're customer-centric. You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritise their needs in every decision you make. - You are an analytical thinker and comfortable with talking numbers. You will analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Lark's business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives. Preferred Qualifications : - You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset. You're down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small. - You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools. - You're passionate and possess strong curiosity.
