The values which are expected to be always demonstrated, that is to be Open, Connected, Dependable and act with Courageous Integrity at all times. Provide financial planning advice to customers in relation to their insurance portfolio Provide updates via regular sales management meeting with sales leader Organising branch activities customer event in regional / branch level. Responsible on overall insurance business of Relationship Manager and Branch Provides after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma / Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent. Highly results oriented and keen interest in product support position. With min 3 years of relevant working experience in financial service industry with sales experience in Bancassurance and life insurance protection product preferrably in a banking environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Insurance Product Expert working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Principal Responsibilities :

- To achieve the desired Relationship Manager and Branch sales performance targets
- To achieve wealth insurance revenue aspiration.
- To achieve the target product mix for PERML.
- To achieve overall participation, productivity, conversion ratio, profitability and quality sales by individual Relationship Manager and Branch.
