Manager - Internal Audit

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager – Internal Audit to manage and execute internal audit assignments. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality audits, supervising audit team members, and supporting the Senior Manager in driving improvements in risk management, internal controls, and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing the annual audit plan by identifying key risk areas in consultation with the Senior Manager.
• Manage and execute audit assignments in accordance with approved audit plans and timelines.
• Supervise, guide and review the work of audit team members to ensure quality and compliance with internal audit standards.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control weaknesses and operational inefficiencies, and provide practical, value-added recommendations.
• Prepare and review comprehensive audit reports for submission to the Senior Manager.
• Follow up on implementation of agreed action plans and report progress to management.
• Assist in developing audit programs, tools, and techniques to improve audit effectiveness.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, best practices, and audit methodologies.
• Support ad hoc reviews, investigations, or special projects as directed by the Senior Manager or management.
