Customer Service Executive (Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker Written & Verbal, On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English .
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin / Cantonese English).
- Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese , with good command of English .Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willing to work on-site in Sungai Petani, Kedah .Able to commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays .Job Type
