Position
Marketing Executive (Promotions and Campaigns) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution : Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring all activities follow the approved campaign plan and timeline.
- Maintain the campaign calendar by tracking key dates, deliverables, and activation milestones across markets.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams — including Creative, Social Media, Sales, etc. — to support campaign deliverables and ensure alignment across channels.
- Collaborate with external partners such as media agencies, influencers, or production vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign workflows and update internal trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Campaign Reporting & Insights : Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to evaluate success metrics such as engagement, conversion, and sales uplift.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to refine future campaign strategies.
- Benchmark against industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Skills & Experience
