A DAY IN A LIFE OF
We are looking for a creative and dynamic candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will be closely involved in the development of campaigns designed to promote The Flexi Group’s brand and services across all markets. This is an expansive and multifaceted role that will get you hands-on experience in content production, social media and marketing management, and much much more.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, idea-generator and ready to tackle a multitude of exciting projects and enthusiastically overcome obstacles in creative ways.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Assistant Marketing Manager to implement the social media strategy for our brands.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including text, images, video, and graphics that reflect the brand voice, for all TFG markets / Locations (Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, respond to comments / messages, and foster community growth.
- Set up and optimise company social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social / digital content. Work closely with Ad Ops to increase ad awareness and uptake.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking
- Oversee and maintain social media accounts across all markets, reviewing and optimising schedules while collaborating with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns and content align with business objectives.
- Be fluent in Meta and Google Ads Manager - Track, analyse, and report on competitor activity, social media performance using analytics tools; optimise strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Assisting the Assistant Manager with partnerships, onboarding new locations on 3PP, managing KOL relationships, EDM pushouts and onboarding partners on the app.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Updating Monthly Promotions for all markets (Common Ground, the Hive and Cluster) across their websites - this includes creating / updating visuals.Liaise with the events team to ensure all events are well marketed across our channels and covered in a timely manner across our social pages.EDM - Curate and deliver news letters in a correct and precise manner.Oversee the full lifecycle of community partnerships, onboarding and offboarding partners to digital platforms, ensuring contractual visibility across agreed channels (such as EDMs).Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop and produce high-quality promotional content (posts and ads) across layouts, photos, and videos.Oversee the onboarding of new locations onto third-party platforms and proactively resolve inquiries from location teams to ensure seamless platform management.Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms. Monitor deliverable reports for partners and KOLs.Ensure all new partnerships are onboarded on the app in timely manner and displayed correctly on infomercials- to work with Art Team (this includes preparing the design brief for the Art Team to execute)Requirements
University Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline preferred2-3 years of digital marketing, social media experience.Creative, solution-oriented, and a fast learner.Experience in content creation is a must, CapCut, Canva, MailChimp. Meta, TikTok and Google manager (not essential).Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager preferred.Outstanding communication and organisational skills, along with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.Creative content writing and Social strategy planning.Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage.Interest in video production and graphic design.Benefits
