Job Description

Doka EAP is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Leader for the EAP region to ensure accurate, standardized, and compliant financial accounting and reporting across multiple countries. This role leads the regional accounting organization in delivering high-quality financial statements, managing statutory audits, and maintaining strong compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. A key focus is driving consistency in accounting practices across the region and developing capable local accounting teams to support sustainable business growth.

You will be responsible for :

• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee all accounting operations across EAP entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with Group accounting policies (IFRS / Group standards) and local GAAP.
• Lead preparation and review of annual financial statements (AFS) and coordinate the audit process with external auditors.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and internal reporting accuracy.
• Drive standardization and consistent accounting treatment across all entities in the region to ensure comparability and compliance.
• Implement and monitor internal control frameworks to strengthen accounting governance.
