Overview

Associate is responsible for working as Operator for Basic Review. Associates will make outbound calls and review all the attributes provided following the GDO Policy accordingly. Associates are expected to ensure 100% compliance with quality targets (below 2%), 100% productivity, and no escalations. Associates should demonstrate a high level of confidence in ensuring compliance with Client and Cognizant policies and the Code of Ethics. Summary : The project involves reviewing attributes for features in the Largest Technology giant Maps. As part of the contractual obligations, the client expects the team to follow policy guidelines, meet quality, productivity, and 0 escalations. Responsibilities

Listing Review (Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines). Analyze the data, reviews, moderate and fix relevant data; resolve user reports and queries. Basic Listing Review and Listing verification; identify spam trends and escalate to relevant teams. Gather information via outbound calls to businesses. Work collaboratively with Team Leads and other team members. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed monthly / annual quality and productivity targets. Resolve issues to maintain high quality and productivity. Ensure 100% compliance with Client and Cognizant policies and Code of Ethics. Qualifications and Requirements

Core Competencies :

Excellent written, reading & spoken communications skills in English and required language (Korean is a must); Cantonese will be preferable; understanding of local culture. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight timelines. Strong interpersonal skills and attendance record. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; sense of ownership and impact. Experience in data analysis and reporting (not mandatory); customer service experience (not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; quick learning and understanding of complex processes. High accuracy and attention to detail; strong keyboard and analytical skills. Comfortable working normal hours with potential overtime. Other requirements
