Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service to customer via phone (inbound). This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
- Answering questions about products, services, or company policies.
- Providing accurate information on products and services to customer.
- Ensuring performance aligns with company goals and expectations.
- Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers' information confidential at all times.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher, in any fields /1 years' customer service experienceAbility to read and write in simplified and traditional mandarin are compulsory.Good command in English & Chinese in both spoken and written.Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skillsResourceful, proactive and able to work independentlyFast learner and good problem solving skillsReady to work in shift rotations (AM / PM / Midnight shifts)Able to work on public holidays and weekendsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
