Skills, Requirements and Attributes :

Minimum : Diploma.

Minimum : 3 - 5 Years' experience.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

High level of personal accountability and ability to manage tasks independently.

Able to work under pressure with minimum guidance and supervision.

Happy to work in a team environment.

Ability to meet project and tender deadlines.

Flexible attitude with an open-minded approach to new ways or method of doing things.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create details technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information by architect.

Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.

Revise drawings as necessary to accommodate changes and modification throughout the design and construction process.

Analyzing building specification, codes, and sites.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.

Assist in submitting documents at various local authorities as needed.

Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
