Job Overview :
The Instructional Designer - HR is responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals. This role involves designing training programs, developing instructional materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance employee development and performance. The Instructional Designer plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and job aids.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend training solutions.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in instructional design and employee training.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.Strong knowledge of instructional design models.Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with HR processes and employee development strategies is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
