Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ECommerce SaaS HR Business Partner (HRBP) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with department heads, addressing employee concerns, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Knowledge of Performance Management processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the ECommerce or SaaS industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
