Tax Compliance

  • Prepare and file individual , corporate , and partnership tax returns .
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns to LHDN .
  • Assist with estimated tax payments , tax computations , and tax installments (CP204, CP500).
  • Monitor and maintain tax filing deadlines.

Tax Computations & Documentation

  • Perform basic tax computations for companies and individuals.
  • Compile financial data from accounting records to support tax calculations.
  • Assist in preparing deferred tax computations for audit purposes.

    • Client Communication & Support

  • Liaise with clients to gather tax-related information.
  • Communicate deadlines and tax obligations to clients.
  • Respond to client queries on basic tax matters.

    • Tax Audit and Investigation Support

  • Assist in preparing documentation and responses for tax audits or tax investigations conducted by LHDN .
  • Work with seniors or managers to compile and submit requested documents.

    • Research & Advisory

  • Conduct research on Malaysian tax laws , rulings, and updates from LHDN.
  • Support the team in preparing tax advisory memos and reports.
  • Keep updated with latest changes in Income Tax Act , public rulings , transfer pricing rules , etc.

    • Sales & Service Tax (SST)

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of SST returns if required.
  • Help clients ensure compliance with SST rules and deadlines.

    • General Administrative Duties

  • Maintain proper records of tax filings and correspondence.
  • Support internal workflow and project tracking tools.

    • Skills & Qualifications Expected

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting , or related field.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • a team player.
