Monitor campaign progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. If applicable, utilize data analysis skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting key metrics and insights for future planning. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on campaign objectives and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e‑commerce and digital marketing. Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the role. Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, e‑commerce, or a related field. Ability to think strategically within a business context. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience in e‑commerce or campaign planning is preferred. Background in data analysis is an additional advantage. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of e‑commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with senior executives to implement campaign layouts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and execution plans.
