Role Description

This is a contract and on-site role for a Meditation Instructor located in Kuala Lumpur. The Meditation Instructor will be responsible for leading group and individual meditation sessions, designing and implementing meditation programs, providing feedback and guidance to participants, and assisting in the development of educational materials on meditation and mindfulness. The Instructor will also collaborate with other wellness professionals and participate in community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in guiding meditation sessions and developing meditation programs
• Strong knowledge of mindfulness techniques and practices
• Experience in creating educational materials related to meditation and well-being
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certification or formal training in meditation or mindfulness practices
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle coaching is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is beneficial
