Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Divisional Data Officer to lead data strategies and execution across our Asia Broking business. This role is critical to embedding Group-wide data governance, driving data quality, and enabling analytics and AI adoption in line with our enterprise vision. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner to the Group CDO team, ensuring data is a strategic asset that drives performance, innovation, and insight.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with divisional business objectives and Group-wide objectives
- Develop and maintain an executive KPI scorecard to enable data-led leadership
Revenue Growth
Drive analytics initiatives that align with group strategy, delivering actionable insights and measurable impactPromote and support the adoption of group-approved AI tools and patterns, helping the business innovate responsibly and effectivelyCustomer Experience
Enhance customer engagement by leveraging data to provide personalized services and improved client servicingDeliver broker analytics capabilities to support client servicing across business linesEnsure the effective collection, management, and analysis of data, transforming data into actionable client and market insightsDrive revenue growth by executing existing Market Derived Income strategy and identifying new business opportunities through data analysisEnhance marketing efforts by leveraging data to target the right customers with the right productsOperational Efficiency
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing overheads through effective data managementWork with Group-Wide Data Leadership Team
Champion and enforce data governance policies and standards, ensuring consistent application across the Asia Broking divisionLead the implementation of data quality frameworks, ensuring data is fit for purpose and trusted across the businessDrive analytics initiatives that align with Group strategy, delivering actionable insights and measurable impactActively engage in Group data communities, sharing knowledge, best practices, and contributing to a culture of continuous learningCollaborate with local stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Legal) to understand and fulfil any local Asia data governance regulatory requirements across the Asia Broking divisionBuild strong relationships with divisional and Group stakeholders, acting as a connector between business needs and data capabilitiesOur Ideal Candidate Will Be
