Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related field. Experience : Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, or education-related roles. Skills : Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate students. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of education systems, career trends, and scholarship programs. Typically employed in schools, colleges, universities, or private counseling centers.
