Senior Curriculum Specialist

Lead the design, review, and improvement of curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and thematic outlines.

Ensure all learning materials align with company philosophy and ECCE standards.

Produce and update teaching kits, flashcards, and teacher resources termly.

Develop new learning modules, projects, and activities to enhance the learning experience.

Conduct pilot testing for new programmes and support teachers in implementation.

Review and maintain accuracy and consistency of all curriculum materials.

Quality Control & Research

Conduct curriculum audits and track improvement actions.

Analyze learning data and feedback to recommend continuous improvements.

Work closely with Training and Operations departments to roll out programmes.

Mentor new team members, share best practices, and support internal workshops.

Coordinate or support centre-based events, celebrations, and educational activities that align with learning outcomes.

Administration & Reporting

Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and proposals on time.
