Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Update contents / changes to sales administration / support policies and procedures on a periodic basis.
• Coordinate with other key functions in the organization in gathering and verifying all necessary information for sales target tracking and incentive payment.
• Gather data / information from relevant functions and provide meaningful analysis for the team.
• Support sales administration activities (e.g. customer price maintenance, order taking and submission, shipment and tracking) in accordance with agreed service level standards.
• Respond to sales and marketing team on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging).
• Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancement within the area of responsibility.
• Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration.
• 1‑year contract position.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Education

Certificate / diploma in business administration, or equivalent.
