About the Role

We're looking for a

high-performing MBA Intern

to support our venture capital operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle—from deal sourcing to portfolio management—within a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Market Research

: Identify high-potential startups in the ESG / sustainability space. Track industry trends and technologies.

: Coordinate with founders, gather key information, and assess initial investment fit.

: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.

: Support in evaluating deal terms and coordinating with external advisors.

: Assist with benchmarking, ad-hoc analysis, and performance tracking.

: Create investment memos, reports, and maintain internal databases.

: Attend events, take meeting minutes, and support cross-functional VC operations.
