As we expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a highly motivated Mandarin Speaker to join our Malaysia team.
Role Overview
This is a generalist position working directly under the COO. You will serve as a bridge across departments , ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the company. You will also act as a company representative in meetings, discussions, and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO in daily operations, cross-department coordination, and special projects.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams / partners and local / regional teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and translating documents (Mandarin ↔ English).
- Represent the company in meetings, both internally and externally.
- Provide ad-hoc support across different departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters.
Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English . Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible and adaptable to support a wide range of tasks.Prior experience in cross-departmental coordination or supporting C-level executives is a plus
