工作职责 (Key Responsibilities)
客户与客户沟通 Customer & Client Communication
- 作为客户主要联络人,解答客户询问,提供产品信息,并处理客户问题。
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, provide product information, and respond to customer concerns.
行政支持 Administrative Support
负责日常行政工作,包括数据输入、准备报价单、发票,以及维护销售记录和数据库。Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining sales records and databases.订单管理 Order Management
处理销售订单,确保订单准确无误,并跟进及时交付。Process sales orders, track their accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.协调与合作 Coordination & Collaboration
与内部团队(如生产、物流、仓库)以及外部客户和供应商沟通,确保销售与交付流程顺畅。Liaise with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, warehouse) and external parties (customers, suppliers) to facilitate sales and delivery processes.报告 Reporting
维护准确的销售记录,监控团队进展,并汇报销售业绩。Maintain accurate sales records, monitor team progress, and report on sales performance.任职要求 (Key Skills & Qualifications)
语言能力 Language Proficiency
必须精通普通话(口语与书写),能有效与华语客户及供应商沟通。Fluent in Mandarin (both speaking and writing) is essential to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.组织能力 Organizational Skills
具备良好的时间管理与多任务处理能力。Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and data efficiently.沟通能力 Communication Skills
优秀的口头与书面沟通技巧,能够建立客户关系并清晰传达信息。Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and convey information clearly.电脑技能 Computer Skills
