Accounts Executive

Overview

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Required language(s) : English, Mandarin.

At least 2 to 3 years working experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.

Attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving skills and sense of urgency skills is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.

Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Accounts payable (AP) functions.
• Responsible for the Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Data Entry, printing and filing.
• Responsible for project tracking or inventory.
• Prepare Monthly progress claim.
• Prepare cheque or payment.
• Prepare Invoice.
• Prepare cost provision.
• Perform ad- hoc assignment as when necessary.
• You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.
