Penerangan pekerjaanCandidates must possess at least an LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field. Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Malay is a must. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role. Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and responsible individual with a positive working attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and perform independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required, ability to use Excel advance functions such as VLOOKUP is a plus point. Competitive Salary : Based on experience and performance. Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, cashflow report and accounts for manager, external auditing & liaise with the auditor.
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist with internal audit functions as needed.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
