Manufacturing Plant Head

Overview

The Manufacturing Plant Head will lead the establishment of a new manufacturing facility from the ground up in Senai. Responsible for overseeing plant setup, commissioning, and operational ramp-up while ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety. This role drives operational excellence, implements process improvements, and leads a team to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greenfield Project Leadership : Lead facility design, equipment procurement, and commissioning for the new plant.
• Operations Management : Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Local Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement : Ensure adherence to Malaysian regulations.
• Local Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement (cont.) : Liaise with Johor state authorities, suppliers, and community leaders.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and production staff.
• Budget & Scalability : Manage startup capital and operational budgets for sustainable growth.
