QA Technician (Rotating Shift)

(ENTRY LEVEL) QA / LAB Technician

(INDUSTRY) Glove Manufacturing, Supply Chain

(ROTATING SHIFT) The candidate must be able to work in rotating shift, 6 working days per week (Monthly rotation)

Responsibilities

• Support QMR in implementing, maintaining, and improving QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Lead QA Inspectors, supervise daily tasks, and verify inspection reports to ensure proper implementation of the quality system.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, maintain calibrated equipment, and ensure safety through proper PPE use and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee inspections and testing at all stages, ensure timely turnaround, maintain records, and communicate issues with relevant departments.
• Ensure lab equipment is functional, maintain cleanliness, monitor temperature / humidity, and perform scheduled verification and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist QMR in preparing, supporting, and participating in internal audits and external certification or regulatory audits.
• Perform any other tasks, duties, or responsibilities assigned by superior to support quality, compliance, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

At least SPM or equivalent. Entry level. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
