Research & Development Your Mission To assist in managing staff within the OP Agronomy team, setting and monitoring team objectives including identifying training requirements and performance management. To assist in managing the agronomic research and trials to improve agronomic and agricultural practices in the estate. Provide guidance and inspection on nursery related matters. Coordinate, monitor and plan fertilizer recommendation programme for oil palm and other crops for SD Guthrie Berhad Group of Estates. To provide training on various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive staff of estates. Provide technical advices to estates’s management, regional support team and HQ Carry out feasibility study for new agricultural development & soil survey on both new and existing estates. Ideal Candidates Bachelor degree or Master degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Plantations or equivalent. 2 years of working experience in Research and Development mainly in oil palm agronomy and advisory services. Location based in Carey Island, Selangor (Potential move to Tawau, Sabah) Why Join Us?
