We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Account Executive to help us manage our finances and support our growth.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage daily financial operations such as AP / AR, payroll, and

bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting

Monitor inventory costs and vendor payments

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits

Collaborate with management to improve financial efficiency and transparency

Requirements :

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (F&B experience is a plus)

Proficient in accounting software (e.g.SQL) and Microsoft Excel

Preferably able to speak and write in

Mandarin

to liaise with suppliers and internal teams

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
