Sales Manager

Overview

Our company is the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer. Our clients include a wide range of companies, primarily automotive manufacturers (both Malaysian and Japanese) as well as machinery manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager or Sales Manager Candidate to oversee the Sales Department and lead the organization to achieve results personally as well.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.).
• Develop new business with potential clients.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis.
• Overall management of the Sales Department.
• Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates.

Additional Information

Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future).
